In the article is presented the process of formation of the Centre of humanitarian scientific and informational research of INION RAS and its conceptional profile. Formation of the Centre was initiated and organized in 90 years of last century. The destruction of the Soviet Union and dissolution of unity of the civilizational subject influenced the essence of fundamental problems, which were in the attention of scientific researches of Centre. In the article are presented main trends of scientific researches, the process of formation of new information base of humanities, new profile of unity analytical and informational aspects of fundamental science, and real results in analysis of informational culture, essence of human being and peculiarities of contemporary civilization and its new dangers.
