Abstract

The article reveals the translation specificity of the ideas and orientations of culturphilosophy, cultural and social anthropology, interpretive anthropology, cultural history, sociology of culture, philology into culturology studies through identifying the role of the Institute of Scientific Information for Social Sciences (INION RAN) periodical serials in the formation and development of culturology as an integrative field of knowledge.
