Abstract

Public discourse changes stylistically under the impact of innovation in the cultural paradigm. With these changes the process of stylistic transformation of the entire system of the language and cultural community is initiated, because this kind of discourse is indicative of the degree of communicative freedom of the subject of the cultural paradigm. The problem is considered on the basis of the German public discourse during the period of the indigenous geopolitical transformations in the late XX – early XXIst centuries.
