Abstract

By appropriating the intra-American racial conflict, making it a part not only of its public life, but also of the culture of remembrance, Western Europe is calling into question its own cultural and historical paradigm. The debate about the guilt of Immanuel Kant before the «black race» has been conducted before – now they have been revived along with the Black-Lives-Matter movement.
