The article analyzes the so-called “paradigm of theories of social justice” which formed in the English-medium political philosophy following the appearance of John Rawl’s “Theory of justice” (1971). The article offers an outline of political philosophy in the 20th century. The article also contains an analytical reconstruction of debates between neoliberalism and communitarianism which has become prominent in contemporary political philosophy.
