Linguapragmatic features of the communicative situation “human – chatbot” (OPEN ACCESS)

Abstract

The article dwells on the communicative situation “human – chatbot” and represents an attempt to analyze the degree to which this issue has been studied. The study lies mainly in the field of linguapragmatics with data from Cognitive Studies also taken into account. The subdomains under the analysis are: the form of the communicative interaction, the criteria of successful communication, H. Grice’s postulates. The conclusion presents a summary of the existing knowledge and the proposals for further studies.
