The article presents the results of a study of attitudes of a group of active Internet users toward a “good” death. According to the data obtained, the most significant characteristics of a “good” death are physical (painlessness) and emotional (absence of fear) states. Attitudes towards preparation for death predominantly concern the psychological state when dying and the quality of life lived. The religious aspect in the preparation for death is expressed weakly. The results obtained give the direction for further study and conceptualization of the phenomenon under study within the framework of the philosophical and cultural approach.
