Legislative discourse of cultural landscapes protection in Russia (OPEN ACCESS)

Abstract

The paper focuses on cultural landscapes as heritage phenomena. It considers the legally established forms of preserving landscape values. The main attention is paid to the categories of places of interest and areas of protection of cultural heritage. The paper draws from project documentation on landscape heritage sites from different regions.
