The papers in the issue explore the notion of Russianness included in the content of substantives «Russkiy» / «Rossiysky» within the framework of multidimensional research. The authors discuss cultural and religious basis of Russians’ self-identification, transformations of values in the image of Russia, historical aspect in the notion of Russianness elaboration.
